La Vista at La Playa is a charming beach house located in the heart of Port Aransas on beautiful Mustang Island. There are wonderful ocean views from the living area, the deck and two of the bedrooms. The subdivisions private boardwalk is next to the house and it's just 100 steps to the beach.
The living and dining areas are open and spacious, and the kitchen will be a joy for your cook. The master bedroom and bath can be closed off from all of the action and become your private retreat. In the living room there is a big screen smart TV with satellite.. There is a TV and DVDs in each of the bedrooms. The deck has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the rolling dunes, the awesome ocean views, sunbathing, or just stargazing.
Under the house, there is parking for four vehicles. There's a shaded deck with a large table and bar for entertaining, escaping the heat and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. There is also an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off after your beach excursions.

Newer 4 bedroom, 3 bath condominium with 2 living areas and one of the only two units adjacent to the HOA swimming pool. You can keep an eye on friends and family in the pool from inside the unit. The home has 3 queen beds, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom is on the main level with a flat screen tv. Direct Tv is available on all three tvs and also DVD players so bring or rent your favorite movies in case of inclement weather.
This is a great condo and is only a block to the beach. There are two decks, the upper overlooks the pool and the 'Little Lake' which backs up to the complex. Only private rear deck in development with wood flooring compared to many others that are rocks and stones!
The gulf breezes are wonderful and the complex is next to the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course. The unit is bright and airy, nicely accessorized, full kitchen and dining room open to great room.
A flat screen TV and wireless internet for your enjoyment. There is a loft on the upper level with a TV and extra sleeping.
